This website  was created by ACF Certified Master Pastry Chef Joseph Decker. It is dedicated to the education of all young and aspiring pastry culinarians, as well as those professionals already practicing our craft on a daily basis. The philosophy behind the pastry presented here is represented by classical flavors and compositions presented in a more contemporary fashion. Simplicity and elegance are our guide lines.

It contains ideas in baking and pastry through pictures, diagrams, and how-to videos. It also has recipes for all seasons. We will discuss all things pastry in the blog. It is my hope that this website will be useful in offering  an opportunity to learn something pastry or generate an idea for that next big dinner dessert.
